PRICING
In the event of delays, backorders, or sold-out items, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible and help you move forward — either by offering a refund or assisting you in finding a similar item.
PAYMENT
Solara Jewels accepts payment via MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, VISA, VISA Electron, and Mastercard. Payment is only withdrawn once the item has been shipped. All prices are listed in DKK (Danish Kroner) and include VAT.
SHIPPING
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. We ship throughout Denmark via Bring and GLS. Delivery to parcel shops costs 39 DKK; home delivery is 89 DKK.
Note: If there’s no space at your selected pickup location, your parcel will be redirected to the nearest one. For issues, please contact Bring customer service. Deliveries are made on weekdays, and you can expect your order 1–3 business days after purchase. Longer delivery times may occur during busy periods.
WARRANTY
You are entitled to a 2-year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, which covers material and manufacturing defects. If your claim is valid, we will repair or replace the item, offer a refund, or reduce the price — depending on the situation. Damage caused by misuse is not covered.
Claims must be made within a reasonable time. If reported within two months of discovering a defect, it is always considered timely. In case of a valid complaint, we will refund reasonable shipping costs. Please return the item in proper packaging and include a receipt. Always contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process.

REFUNDS
Please contact us if you are eligible for a refund, and we will transfer the agreed amount to you.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase, starting from the day you receive your order. You must notify us within 7 days if you wish to cancel. You cannot withdraw simply by refusing to accept the package without informing us first.
RETURNS
Once you have informed us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the item. Return shipping is at your own expense and risk. Please ensure the item is securely packaged and include your order confirmation.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
You are only liable for any decrease in value if the item has been handled in ways beyond what is necessary to determine its nature and function. If the product is no longer in a saleable condition, we reserve the right to issue only a partial refund.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Our jewelry is not waterproof. If the item has been exposed to water, it is no longer eligible for a refund or return.
REIMBURSEMENT
We will refund the amount you paid, minus any value reduction. The refund will be processed using the same payment method as your original order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item.
PRIVACY POLICY
When you shop at Solara Jewels, we collect your name, address, phone number, and email. These are necessary to process your order and are stored for five years according to Danish accounting law. We only share data with GDPR-compliant processors within the EU and only use it for agreed purposes.
